The Brief

Find and secure a family home with a solid build, multiple living spaces, a pool and a garden. The location was important because their children were at the local school. Ideally, the home would be a 5-bedroom house with character features and scope to add value / renovate, with a preference for a north-to-rear block.

The Result

Knowing how important the property’s location was for this family, we used our strong relationships with agents in the local area to source off-market and pre-market opportunities. Initially, they came to us and wanted a character home with scope to do renovation/add value; however, we also kept an eye out for other properties that met their criteria in terms of size and location. The property they purchased was slightly different from what our clients had initially thought they wanted; however, once we put forward this property and inspected it, they could see that it ticked all the boxes with the bonus of not needing to renovate. In a short time, only six weeks, we helped them explore various options and ultimately purchase their dream home.
