The Brief

To advise and assist a family looking to sell a long-held family home on the Upper North Shore, including selecting the right agent and how best to present the property.

The Result

The Vendors needed to sell a family home and required some assistance navigating the process and acting as their advocate throughout the process. Being an objective, neutral part of the process, we were able to assist in choosing an agent that was the best fit for the family. We advised on marketing, cleaning, auction strategy all in conjunction with the selling agent. The property sold at Auction well above reserve. The family felt they got the best possible result on the day and were very much part of the process.
