Growing family wanting to move from the Lower North Shore to the Upper North Shore. Looking for the right property on a large block to renovate and make their own.

The Brief

Large freestanding house with multiple living areas. Lots of natural light. East side of rail and less than 15 minutes walk to the station. Swimming pool.

The Result

We inspected on market, pre-market and off market properties over several months. Due to factors such as heritage listings and the environmental impact of infrastructure upgrades in the area, correct research and due diligence was imperative. When a true off market opportunity came up, we knew what to look for and what was required to secure the property. We can’t wait to see what our buyers have planned for this fantastic home!
