The Brief

To find and purchase a spacious family home with good proximity to a specific school area. Easy access to the school bus route was important. They also wanted a home with an outdoor entertaining area and pool to take advantage of the Australian climate that they had grown to love.

The Result

We explored many options within a few different suburbs and kept coming back to a property that was in the ideal location, but at first glance did not appear to have the right floor plan. Through creative solutions and introductions with an interior designer and renovation project manager, the clients fell in love with the home which we were able to secure for them.
