To find and purchase an investment property close to public transport and attractive to quality tenants. Requires 2+ bedrooms, 1+ bathroom, parking and natural light.

The Result

Time and effort went into research and advising the clients on different areas and how they performed. As our client wasn’t able to attend every inspection due to work schedules, we inspected properties on their behalf and took comprehensive videos and photos. This provided them the ability to choose whether they wanted to shortlist the property or not. We identified a suitable apartment in Woolloomooloo that clearly ticked all the boxes.
