To find and purchase an apartment over 50sqm internally with strong capital growth prospects and key qualities sought after by tenants. Must be close to public transport, essential services and local amenities.

The Result

With their son working long hours interstate, past clients contacted us to assist with the legwork required to source the right property and provide advice on the different options available. We explored a number of areas in Sydney, looking at both off-the-plan options and established properties. Due to pre-approval conditions, it was imperative that the apartment was over 50sqm internally which immediately eliminated a number of properties within the set budget in some of the preferred suburbs. Key considerations included the suitability of the property to attract high quality tenants whilst also appealing to our buyer should they decide to move into the property on their return to Sydney. After looking at both off-market and on-market properties, we successfully secured a fantastic executive apartment in a quality lifestyle complex.
